This recipe should be posted a few weeks ago right after the New Year when people usually have left-over bottles of wine. Anyway, I found this at all-recipes.com and added my personal touch.
What you need:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
Chicken Breast (cut into serving size)
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup red wine (sweet)
Salt
Pepper
How to do it:
Heat oil and cook garlic. Place chicken and cook. Drain oil. Sprinkle chicken with brown sugar. Pour red wine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until wine is absorbed by the chicken.
Bon Appetit!
Note: The original recipe includes paprika as one of the ingredients. I have not tried cooking it with paprika. You can try to put paprika too and let us know the difference. =) I also used Novellino Classico Red wine for this recipe. If you happen to try it with other brands, let me know how it tastes. =)
