1) Birth Certificate/ Marriage Certificate/ Death Certificate – P300.00

*2-3 working days

2) CENOMAR – P350.00
*a document used to prove your singlehood
* 5 working days

3. )NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate – P300.00

*Just send us your complete name and birthdate.

*2 working days

3) Passport (electronic passport already effective March 1, 2010)

* Rush – 15 working days from appearance – P2800.00
* Regular – 25 working days from appearance – P2500.00
**Appearance is at DFA Lucena

*Starting March 1, 2010, DFA Lucena will no longer issue Machine Readable Passports,  it will be e-passport instead.
