DFA has how fully implemented processing e-passports. The requirements are still quite the same, its just that photos are not required anymore, and there are no more exceptions for personal appearance because biometrics is now used.

Also, the personal appearance, which will be scheduled by DFA, will now be at the new DFA building, located at the corner of Bradco and Macapagal Avenues, Aseana Business Park (near SM Mall of Asia).

To make your processing more convenient, you may process your passports with us. The processing fee is P1800 and the passport release is 10 working days from personal appearance. There will be an additional charge if the passport will be delivered to your home.

Also, we have a liason officer who will assist you inside the DFA building during the personal appearance.

For passport renewal, same requirements plus your old passport.

We can also process the following documents for you:

1. BIRTH CERTIFICATE – P300 (requirements: name of applicant (for female married-maiden name), date of birth, place of birth / Complete name of parents

2. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE – P300 (requirements: name of Husband, maiden name of wife, date & place of marriage)

3. CENOMAR – P300
